    In this trauma informed booked, Dr. Nicole LePera (also know as The Holistic Psychologist on Instagram) dives into how past experiences disrupt the nervous system and thus lead to dysfunctional and frustrating, yet familiar, cycles in our adult life. This is one of my favorite reads!
